Our Return Policy

• There is a 7-day trial period that begins from time of installation with all of our software products during which time the software is completely functional. During this trial period the customer is not under obligation to purchase, however there will be a $25.00 restocking fee or 3.3% credit processing fee, whichever is greater.
• The customer must contact Natural Fitness Concepts, Inc. in writing to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning merchandise.
• All CD's and manuals must be returned in an as new condition before a refund will be issued and it is the responsibility of the customer to package the returned materials properly to insure all materials are returned damage free.
• Software can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason whatsoever, as long as the customer has not requested a permanent authorization code. There will be a $25.00 restocking feeor 3.3% processing fee, whichever is greater.
• Once the customer requests the permanent authorization code, the software has been permanently authorized (unlocked) and the software CAN NOT BE RETURNED under any circumstance. Once the software has been permanently authorized the software will operate for perpetuity on the customers computer.
• Once lease software has been authorized the lease software cannot be returned under any circumstance.
• Customized software such as custom logo report CD’s cannot be returned under any circumstance.
• No returns on international orders.
• The software cannot be returned for any reason beyond 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds are NOT available after 1 month from purchase date. 
• The software program is copyright protected and may not be resold in total or in part to any third party.
• Refunds are provided ONLY AFTER our technical support team has assisted in your installation and the Software fails to install fully according to the technical team diagnosis.
• WE reserve the right to determine if a refund is necessary based on individual situations.
